Project Synopsis
New website design for SideAttraction3, a specialist design firm in Cape Town, South Africa.
The website interface design was done by Refresh Interactive.
ITM was brought in to implement the DotNetNuke (DNN) Content Management System. We set the installation up, created the website design skins from the various designs presented to us by Refresh Interactive, and also implemented various custom elements as outlined below.
In addition, we assisted SideAttraction3 with their SEO strategy for the site.
Custom Elements
XMod was used to :
- create a customised photo gallery & image management module
- create a product manager, that catered for :
- multiple product categories,
- multiple products,
- thumbnail navigation for each product category
- multiple product image views per product (these handled via an AJAX driven image viewer)
- create a search filter navigation component according to product types from all collections in the system.
